B. Dlalisa is the disciplined card-carrying member of uMkhonto weSizwe Party in good standing. He is dedicated to empowering his community of Protea Glen (Ward 135) in the City of Johannesburg and bringing about positive changes that we all desire in this day and age of technological advancements.
As an experienced cadre in social development, he is committed to building a metropolitan municipality in which the voices of the people are given platform as well as expression. His position says: "Nothing shall be done without the prior knowledge and satisfactory involvement of the community, especially those directly affected by the intended developments."

B. Dlalisa is a hard-working servant of all the people. He intends keeping that momentum going even when he takes office. His aspirations are grounded in defending the dignity of all men, women and children of his ward and municipality.

It is worth noting that clear knowledge of co-operative governance is his trademark and thus he understands the importance of maintaining a healthy relationship with the other spheres of government to maximize the benefit for the local communities.
The main priorities of Dlalisa's campaign in the upcoming 2026 elections for the City of Johannesburg and Ward 135 are the following:

1. Securing an uninterrupted power supply via energy mix.
2. Provision of reliable and unbroken quality services.
3. Clean and 24 hr. safe public spaces.
4. Build schools, libraries, clinics and recreational facilities.
5. Create a vibrant and productive local economy.
6. Drastically reduce unemployment irrespective of age.
7, Developing, monitoring and maintaining infrastructure.

At the heart of all these priorities shall be three pillars, namely, a people-centered approach, stringent financial management practices as well as highly competent and result-driven workforce sourced from our communities.

Implementation shall be in-line with legislation especially the Municipal Systems Act, Municipal Structures Act and Municipal Finance Management Act.
